About Us


Founded in 2023, the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Food & Wine is a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization created with the mission of fostering diversity in the food and beverage industry.

Our mission is to:

  • Advance diversity in the wine industry by attracting global attention to AAPI winemaking and culinary talent

  • Empower the AAPI individuals that make the food and beverage industry diverse and delicious

  • Educate the public with unconventional food and wine pairings

  • Support community organizations that promote diversity in the food and wine industry and beyond
